Cancellation Refunds
- More than 48 hours notice: Full refund
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
Equipment Issues
If equipment fails during your rental period due to no fault of your own:
- We will provide replacement equipment when available
- Prorated refund for days equipment was unusable
- Full refund if no replacement is available
Security Deposits
Security deposits are refunded within 5-7 business days after equipment is returned in good condition.
