Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Rental Services

Our equipment rental services are subject to:

• Valid identification and credit card
• Signed rental agreement
• Security deposit as required
• Proof of insurance for high-value equipment

Equipment Care

Renters are responsible for:

• Proper care and handling of all equipment
• Return of equipment in the same condition
• Reporting any damage or issues immediately
• Paying for repairs or replacement if damaged

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the rental start date for a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.

Liability

Klear Optics & Digital is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of our rental equipment beyond the equipment itself.
